I-CODA Consecrated Fitness Yoga teaches the vinyasa flow style of Yoga, which is the most popular form in the U.S. and emphasizes: synchronizing breathing practices (“pranayama”) with special postures (traditional Yoga “asanas”); both are practiced with each movement flowing directly into the next one. This results in a much more meditative experience - as well as producing a genuinely restorative effect.
The tone of the class is casual. It’s appropriate for all experience levels, beginners to advanced. This class targets physical fitness and building increased strength and stamina. Concurrent inspirational readings, read aloud for you - all while doing a great workout - make this class unique.
