We support the freedom of the individual and of the collective, and the loving fellowship where all are welcome.
The class incorporates breathing practices (“pranayama”), special postures (“asanas”), kriyas (channeling ”inner power”), mantra ("ancient chants"), soul activation (whole-self sattvic “awareness”), and free bodily movement (“empowering embodiment”).
The tone of the class is casual. It requires no previous experience, is appropriate for all ages and health levels, and all are welcome.
