⬥ Each Spiritual Growth Seminar is unique. Seminars may include group exercises, meditations, handouts, and video or audio clips;

⬥ Question and discussion time to share any newfound insights and understandings.

Aden and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya's original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
